✅ Visa Page Copy (To be canceled)

Employer / Company Documents:
✅ Trade Licence Copy (Valid)
✅ Establishment Card Copy
✅ Labour Establishment Details / Company Code
✅ e-Signature Card of Authorized Signatory (For submission through MOHRE or GDRFA)
✅ Typed Visa Cancellation Application Form (From Typing Center / Online)

Additional Notes:
🔹 Employee’s presence in UAE may be required for fingerprinting or final clearance.
🔹 Labour contract cancellation and visa cancellation must both be processed.
🔹 Employer must cancel both labour card and residence visa.
🔹 Final settlement and end-of-service benefits must be provided as per UAE Labour Law.
