Dependent’s Documents (Spouse / Children / Parents):
✅ Original Passport (Or clear copy, if cancellation is done online)
✅ Original Emirates ID (If available)
✅ Residence Visa Page Copy (To be canceled)

Sponsor’s Documents:
✅ Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page
✅ Emirates ID Copy
✅ Cancellation Request Form (Typed at authorized center / online through ICA or GDRFA portal)

Additional Notes:
🔹 Dependent must be inside UAE at the time of cancellation OR exit proof must be provided.
🔹 If passport is lost, a police report must be submitted.
🔹 Visa cancellation is mandatory before leaving UAE or switching to another sponsor.
🔹 Cancellation can be done online or in person at the immigration office or Amer center.
