✅ UAE Entry Visa/Stamp Page (If the baby was born outside UAE)

Parents’ Documents (Sponsor):
✅ Father’s Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page (Sponsor)
✅ Mother’s Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page
✅ Sponsor’s Emirates ID Copy
✅ Marriage Certificate (Attested by UAE MOFA & Translated into Arabic)

Housing & Financial Proof:
✅ Tenancy Contract / Ejari / Title Deed (Under sponsor’s name)
✅ Sponsor’s Bank Statement (Last 3 Months) (May be required)
✅ Salary Certificate / Labour Contract (As per employment status)

Additional Documents:
✅ Child’s Health Insurance Card/Policy
✅ Discharge Summary from Hospital (For babies born in UAE)

Important Notes:
🔹 Visa must be applied within 120 days from date of birth.
🔹 Overstay fines will apply if delayed.
🔹 Sponsor must have sufficient income and housing to support the child.
