✅ Valid Tenancy Contract / Ejari / Title Deed (Under sponsor’s name)
✅ Latest Utility Bill (Optional but may be requested)

Additional Supporting Documents:
✅ Attested Marriage Certificate (For spouse – UAE MOFA attested & translated into Arabic)
✅ Attested Birth Certificate(s) (For children – UAE MOFA attested & translated into Arabic)
