✅ Medical Fitness Test Report (For dependents aged 18 and above – DHA/HAAD approved)
✅ Medical Insurance Card / Policy Copy (Mandatory)

Sponsor’s Documents:
✅ Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page
✅ Emirates ID Copy
✅ Salary Certificate / Labour Contract (As per employment sector – Salary should meet minimum requirement)
✅ Bank Statement (Last 3 Months) (If required)

Housing & Relationship Proof:
✅ Valid Tenancy Contract / Ejari / Title Deed (Under sponsor’s name)
✅ Attested Marriage Certificate (For spouse – UAE MOFA Attested & Translated into Arabic)
✅ Attested Birth Certificate(s) (For children – UAE MOFA Attested & Translated into Arabic)

Important Notes:
🔹 Visa stamping is typically for 2 or 3 years depending on sponsor’s visa validity and sector.
🔹 All documents must be valid and clearly scanned.
🔹 Dependent must be inside UAE and have completed medical test (if applicable).
