Employee’s Documents:
✅ Passport Copy (Including visa page to be canceled)
✅ Original Emirates ID (To be returned)
✅ Residence Visa Page Copy (To be canceled)
✅ Final Exit Proof or Entry Stamp (If the employee is leaving the UAE)

Employer / Company Documents:
✅ Trade Licence Copy (Valid)
✅ Establishment Card Copy
✅ Virtual Work Visa Approval Copy (To be referenced during cancellation)
✅ Typed Visa Cancellation Application Form (Through Typing Center or online portal)

Additional Notes:
🔹 Virtual Work Visa cancellation is usually done through the relevant Free Zone or GDRFA portal.
🔹 Cancellation should be processed before the visa expiry to avoid overstay fines.
🔹 Employee must return any company property (if applicable) prior to visa cancellation.
🔹 If the visa holder is outside UAE, proof of exit may be required.
